Returns
Our returns policy is clear and simple:
- Items that are custom-made or personalized, as well as those that are designed by you, fall under the category of non-refundable.
- However, for non-custom items like leashes and collars that are available on the website, we gladly accept returns or exchanges in the event of faults or sizing errors by us
- In most instances, it takes 7-15 business days for us to receive your returned package, inspect the returned product, return it to stock, and complete your refund..
- Please note shipping charges are non-refundable; shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged during shipping or sent in error.
- Please note that we do not permit returns or exchanges for items on sale.
- Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please adhere to the following guidelines: Get in touch with us within a 7-day window from the date of purchase and Return the item(s) to us within 14 days.
- To facilitate a successful return, please ensure that the item(s) are in the same condition as when they were initially purchased. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is determined to be faulty.
Exchanges Made Easy
Exchanges for non-custom handmade products are welcome. It’s important to note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us, as well as the shipping costs for the reshipment, unless the item is found to be faulty. We strongly advise you to review the size chart prior to making your purchase.
Get in touch with us by email at info@wulftac.co.za within a 7-day window from the date of purchase and Return the item(s) to us within 14 days. We also offer the option to arrange for shipping on your behalf to make things easier for you. Exchanges will be via Pudo Locker.
Warranty Information
Wulftac provides expertly crafted products designed specifically for the adventurous K9 market. We take pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our materials, which enables us to offer some of the finest products available..
Biothane: Though we feel biothane is an outstanding material and has qualities that make it very useful as a leather alternative, it is not leather. Wulftac guarantees biothane products for 2 years under normal conditions.
Nylon: Our nylon is crafted from some of the best webbing available as well as the buckles, velcro and hardware. Wulftac guarantees our nylon products for 2 years under normal conditions.
Normal wear and tear does not cover dog chewing, straight cuts or any other activity that is deemed outside the scope of designed use. This will be deemed by Wulftac at their sole discretion upon visual or physical inspection.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from The Courier Guy which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Our main shipping supplier is The Courier Guy (Pudo) – All orders will be delivered to your door at a flat rate of R70 all over South Africa.
Most items will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If you don’t receive your item(s) on schedule, please rest assured as delays do occasionally occur due to Peak Season/ Traffic/ Trucking Issues/ Weather Conditions etc.
It’s imperative that you verify the accuracy of all details during checkout, as we cannot bear responsibility for delivery errors stemming from incorrect information.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wulftac.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Local Pickup
Local Pickup will only be available from Bellville (Cape Town). On the completion of your order, you will receive an email from us to get in touch with us via WhatsApp and advice on a time and date for collection. In peak periods we will advise on dedicated dates and times that we will be available for collections.
General Lead Times
All items take between 7 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your proof of payment or the confirmation email that your order is being processed. All items are made to order as we do not keep stock on hand.
- Custom orders can take anything from 10 – 21 business days.
- Biothane lead time may take 7 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Collars lead time may take 7 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Rope leashes lead time may take 7 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Patches lead time may take 5 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Courier delivery is normally 2-5 business days (Depending on where you are located).
Potential delays might occur due to a high volume of orders over Festive Season however you will be informed incase of any delay.
