How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from The Courier Guy which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status here. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wulftac.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How do I measure my dog properly and find a suitable collar for her/him?

First, you need to measure your dog’s neck with either a measuring tape or if you do not own one use a rope or another leash and then place it on a ruler or measuring tape. Then you can compare it with the size chart we provided in the product description.

When is the order expected to arrive? What is the EST time of shipment?

Once an order is complete and the courier has been booked – you will receive an email as confirmation with a pin code to give the driver when they deliver your order. Please allow 48 hours before tracking your order. Depending on where you stay in South Africa, shipping takes 2-5 days.To track your parcel – enter your tracking number here: here.
